With 150 new products every week, no two days are the same at Action, and our rapid growth offers you the chance to grow too… **Work Where Action Is!** ------------------------------- As a Store Manager Assistant, you will share responsibility for achieving optimal sales levels of our amazing and surprising product range, as well as for managing the store’s staff team. You will support the Store Manager in monitoring in-store sales and inventory, and help improve store layout and shelf arrangements to optimize sales. Together with your team, you will check necessary progress regarding cleanliness and tidiness to maintain the business’s appearance. You will also share responsibility for scheduling employee shifts, managing accepted applications, and responding to questions from colleagues or customers — because our goal is for everyone to always feel at home. **We Offer:** ----------------- * Minimum gross full-time annual base salary of €20,000.00.
