The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring **technical quality**, robustness of data processes, and proper evolution of the backend architecture.### **Responsibilities** * Act as a **technical reference** in backend, data, and architecture. * Design, maintain, and evolve **backend architectures**, with special emphasis on data synchronization and offline operation. * Define and optimize **data models**, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and scalability. * Implement and oversee **synchronization, ETL, and batch processes**. * Ensure proper **transaction management**, idempotency, and data consistency. * Optimize SQL queries and database performance. * Uphold **technical quality**, best practices, and development standards. * Collaborate in defining technical solutions and making architectural decisions. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Experience as a **technical reference** in backend and data. * **Advanced SQL** – very high proficiency. * **PostgreSQL** – very high proficiency. * **Java** – high proficiency. * **Quarkus and backend architecture** – high proficiency. * **Data synchronization, ETL and batch processes** – high proficiency. * **Data modeling and query optimization** – high proficiency. * **Transaction management and idempotency** – high proficiency. * **SQLite** – medium-to-high proficiency. * **Git** – medium-to-high proficiency. * **Docker** – medium proficiency. * **Linux** – medium proficiency. ### **Desirable Requirements** * **Angular** – medium-to-high proficiency. * **Docker** – medium proficiency. * **Kubernetes / CronJobs** – medium proficiency. * **Linux / shell scripting** – medium proficiency. * **rsync / SSH / file synchronization** – medium proficiency. * **Basic security** – medium proficiency. * **Observability (logs, metrics)** – medium proficiency. * **GraalVM native-image** – basic-to-medium proficiency. ### **Key Competencies** * Holistic technical vision and architecture orientation. * High level of **technical rigor and code quality**. * Ability to analyze and optimize complex systems. * Autonomy in making technical decisions. * Technical collaboration with other development roles. **What do we offer?** **Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
