We support both them and their families across all ages through all our services. We have over 900 people on our team and are currently engaged in an exciting project focused on sustainable and socially impactful growth. At our training center, we need to hire a Physical Education teacher for the publicly funded Basic Vocational Training (FP Básica) program coordinated with the Community of Madrid (CAM), to carry out the following responsibilities: * Design and deliver the training curriculum in accordance with current legislation, ensuring its suitability for learners’ needs. * Motivate learners and foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages active participation. * Participate in internal center coordination, attending scheduled faculty meetings and other sessions (e.g., evaluation, follow-up, etc.). * Develop and implement academic innovation processes within the subject area (e.g., project-based learning, gamification, active methodologies, etc.). * Participate in working groups aimed at improving processes at the Vocational Training Center and integrating it with other departments. * Promote values and competencies among learners that support their professional and personal development. * Collaborate with the guidance department, incorporating daily intervention proposals and support measures for learners. *What do we offer?:* * Start date: September 2026\. * Location: Vicálvaro (Madrid) * 12 teaching hours per week. * Salary aligned with the CAM’s delegated payment salary scales. * **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Sports Sciences or equivalent. * Master’s degree in Teacher Training. * One year of teaching experience in Secondary Education or Basic Vocational Training (FP Básica).
