At Mtech Group, we are looking to hire a Project Manager for Electric Mobility to manage the installation and development of charging points, coordinating both internal teams and strategic suppliers and clients. You will join the Projects Team, with key responsibilities including: * End-to-end management of electric mobility projects and charging point installations. * Coordination of subcontractors and various teams involved in project execution. * Management of framework agreements and maintaining ongoing relationships with strategic clients. * Supervision of daily operations for long-term contracts and multiple simultaneous installations. * Cross-functional coordination with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, and assembly. * Technical, financial, and operational project monitoring. * Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and client requirements. * Proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions. What Are We Looking For? We seek a Project Engineer with proven experience and autonomy in project management, possessing the following education and/or expertise: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, preferably in electrical installations and/or charging points. * Knowledge of the electric mobility sector, ideally within an industrial setting or with charging point operators. * Technical/electrical background and cross-functional coordination capability. * Experience coordinating and managing subcontractors. * Ability to manage framework agreements and maintain consistent communication with clients. * Strong communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary internal teams. * Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Proactive, with strong planning ability and attention to detail.
