Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** * University degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration (ADE), or related fields. * Minimum 8 years of experience in technology consulting and at least 5 years within the Atlassian ecosystem. * Experience leading medium-to-high complexity Atlassian Cloud migration projects. * Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools and the Cloud environment. * Experience in DevOps environments, CI/CD, and tool integration. * Knowledge of ITSM, Agile methodologies, and frameworks such as ITIL, SAFe, or PMI. * Experience in international projects and facilitating workshops. * High level of English proficiency. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIO, CTO, COO) on evolving their work platforms and software delivery capabilities. * Define roadmaps for adoption and evolution of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, among others). * Design and lead Cloud migration strategies from Server/Data Center environments, minimizing operational impact. * Recommend best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile culture—connecting technology to business impact. * Lead analysis sessions with key teams to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Atlassian consultants, DevOps, cloud, ITSM/Agile specialists). * Plan projects, manage risks, and ensure delivery quality. * Manage international projects and conduct technical communication with stakeholders in English. * Drive business development: opportunity identification, proposal development, and participation in demos. * Build strategic relationships with clients and technology partners. * Prepare 3-year ROI and TCO analyses to support decision-making.
