We are looking for a delivery driver with a van for last-mile routes in Simancas, Las Rosas, Canillejas, San Blas, and Alcalá de Henares. The loading point is in Coslada, where you must go daily to collect packages and plan your route. Initial temporary contract for two months, renewable, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee. Weekly working hours: 38 hours, with daily routes lasting approximately 8 hours, from Monday to Sunday, and two rest days according to the schedule. Shift starts around 9:30 or 10:00\. The company provides a van and a mobile phone, and offers paid online theoretical training on the first day. Base salary of €1500 gross per month, plus supplements for Sundays and public holidays, and a weekly incentive of €30 if internal performance metrics are met. Prior delivery experience and familiarity with the areas are valued. Valid driving license category B and at least one year’s experience in parcel or courier delivery. Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with immediate start. Ability to operate a light cargo van and customer-oriented attitude.
