As part of the store team and reporting to the Fish Market Manager, your responsibilities will be: * Perform daily receipt of goods (fish), ensuring quality and freshness upon entry. * Arrange fish and set up the display counter in the most attractive manner possible. * Restock merchandise and materials used in preparation and sale (ice, bags, paper, labels, etc.). * Place fish in trays (tray packaging) and perform product handling. * Clean, organize, and supervise fish-handling equipment and utensils, as well as maintain facilities (cold rooms and drains).
