Responsibilities: Manage a team of chefs to ensure coordinated kitchen operations meeting established objectives. Foster teamwork by motivating and organizing personnel under supervision. Ensure all dishes served meet quality and presentation standards expected for this type of restaurant. Promote a working methodology that avoids . Responsible for ordering ingredients required for preparing dishes assigned to their station. Verify dishes are prepared following basic hygiene standards. Provide appropriate training to apprentices under supervision. Collaborate with other restaurant managers during recruitment of new staff. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality within a luxury restaurant or similar establishment. Hospitality qualification mandatory. In addition to the above requirements, the following skills and attributes will be evaluated during the selection process: Adaptability and flexibility in performing duties. Self-confidence and self-assurance. Ability to learn quickly. Communication skills. Discipline. Teamwork capability.
