




MISSION Reporting to the head of Operational Design and Projects within santalucia's Operations Directorate, your mission will be to lead continuous improvement, projects, and optimization of processes impacting operational policy and collections management for policy contracting and administration. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES **Functional management of tools:** Define and maintain functional requirements for policy and receipt contracting and management tools. Work on alignment with various operational teams. Prioritize enhancements and corrections in collaboration with IT and business teams. **Liaison with key areas:** Gather needs from the sales network, internal and external clients, and translate them into functional specifications. Coordinate with technical departments to ensure correct implementation of functionalities. **Testing and validation:** Define and execute functional test plans (UAT) to ensure delivery quality. Identify incidents and coordinate their resolution with relevant teams. **KPI monitoring and continuous improvement:** Monitor usage of front-end tools and analyze performance and satisfaction metrics. Propose continuous improvements based on data, user feedback, and business evolution. **Documentation and training:** Develop functional documentation and user guides for internal users. Participate in training sessions and communications regarding new functionalities. **Regulatory compliance and operational alignment:** Ensure tools comply with current regulations and processes defined by the Operations Directorate. REQUIREMENTS **Desired experience:** Minimum 5 years of prior experience in team leadership or transformation project management Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector Experience in insurance or financial operations. Migration experience is desirable. Knowledge of and interest in Santalucia's business model, objectives, product portfolio, structure, culture, and strategies. **Required knowledge:** University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Engineering A Master’s degree in insurance business, project management, or digital transformation is desirable Knowledge of insurance processes and products. Advanced proficiency in office software. Experience with metric tracking tools and workflow tools is desirable. **Skills:** Ability to work transversally with diverse and heterogeneous teams.
