If selected, your mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of systems and deliver first-level technical support to users and logistics platforms. As part of the IT Support Services Operations team, your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring systems using control tools, identifying incidents or alerts, and performing appropriate escalation when necessary. * Operating and monitoring IT services, ensuring continuity and correct functioning of platforms. * Managing incidents and requests via ticketing tools. * Providing telephone support and user assistance, resolving first-level technical incidents. * Supporting logistics platforms by managing incidents and queries related to their operation. * Supporting the user portal and performing basic backup management.
