The selected candidate will play a key role in budget management, cost control, and continuous improvement of economic processes. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: **Financial Management and Economic Control** * Preparation, monitoring, and control of the company’s annual budget. * Control and analysis of financial statements (FS), identifying variances and proposing action plans. * Invoice management: issuance, review, and control of invoices, as well as reconciliation with services rendered. * Control and management of accounting operations, ensuring correct allocation and recording. * Control of direct and indirect costs, including those associated with Group VAT requirements. * Management and control of supplier payments, ensuring timely execution and proper application of terms. * Invoicing management with various managed companies, coordinating flows and ensuring traceability. * Control of the company’s assets, both from an accounting perspective and regarding proper allocation. * Control of overdue accounts, analysis of outstanding balances, and proposal of mitigation measures. * Expense management and settlement, ensuring compliance with internal policies and eligibility criteria. * Provision of resources and support to staff * Logistics for equipping staff (equipment, tools, and services required for operations), coordinating with internal departments and suppliers. **Regulatory Compliance and Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP)** * Coordination with the Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) team to ensure compliance with current regulations. * Process design and improvement * Definition of the company’s economic control and management process tree. * Process simplification and proposal of automation alternatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and error reduction. * Definition and implementation of service quality KPIs and their reflection in management dashboards, enabling clear and actionable insights for leadership. **Contract Management and Company Administration** * Management of insurance policies (Civil Liability, Accidents, Life), including registrations, renewals, and modifications. * Processing of new contracts and service annexes indicated by the relevant department. * Delt@ system management: registration and deregistration of employees due to occupational accidents, coordinated with ORP and HR. * Execution of administrative tasks for the company, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to deadlines. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position. **Professional Experience** * Prior experience of 2–4 years in roles related to: Economic/management control, financial and accounting management, and financial administration in service companies or corporate environments. (Mandatory) **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, Accounting, or similar. (Mandatory) **Languages** * Intermediate level of English is desirable, given the international nature of the corporate Group. (Desirable) **Technical Skills** (Hard skills) * Additional training in: Management Control / Controlling, Corporate Finance, Accounting and Tax Regulations, Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable. (Desirable) * Advanced Excel proficiency and regular use of office productivity tools. (Mandatory) * Knowledge of financial and accounting ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others) is desirable.
