In this context, **we continue to grow** and are looking to hire an **IT Project Manager** to lead **application modernization and transformation projects in the insurance sector**. ### **What We’re Looking For?** A candidate with a **strong technical background** and proven experience managing **application modernization projects**, capable of leading **complex and dynamic initiatives**, coordinating **large, multidisciplinary teams**, and maintaining close, effective client relationships. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **application modernization and transformation projects** in the insurance sector, including legacy system evolution, refactoring, technology migrations, and core platform modernization. * Manage **large, distributed teams**, integrating development, architecture, testing, and business roles. * Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring alignment between **technology strategy and business objectives**. * Manage projects in **highly complex and dynamic environments**, ensuring quality, timelines, and value delivery. * Promote adoption of **best practices, agile or hybrid methodologies**, and continuous improvement models in application transformation. ### **Required Profile** * Solid experience as an **IT Project Manager** in the **insurance sector**. * IT background in applications enabling understanding and leadership of **application modernization and transformation processes**. * Experience managing **complex projects and large teams**. * Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills. * Results-oriented with focus on delivering **high-impact technology and business projects**. ### **What We Offer?** You will participate in large-scale projects that will elevate your career to the next level.
