Responsibilities o Operation and maintenance (Level 1\) of the hardware/software systems involved in delivering Galileo Satellite Navigation services. o Preparation of operational documentation (procedures, manuals, etc). o Generation and execution of validation tests for new system versions. o Preparation and delivery of training to other operators. o Development of scripts or small applications to automate operational activities. Requirements Experience in: \- Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent (Bachelor's/Tech/Graduate/Master's) * Experience in managing, administering, and using IT systems: o Linux environments o Network equipment (switches, firewalls) o Virtualization (e.g., VMware) o Containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) * Experience in preparing technical documentation, procedures, user manuals, etc. * Experience using ticketing tools for incident management. * Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a Personal Security Clearance. * Spanish nationality or nationality of an EU country. * Good command of English (B2 or higher) Required availability: * Occasional planned international travel (Europe) for work purposes. * On-call duty for unplanned international travel (France) for work purposes. * Telephone on-call duty for technical support. Note: On-call duties entail additional salary supplements.
