We are seeking to hire a **Route Planning Manager** at our Riudoms (Reus) office. **Responsibilities** * Organize the company's daily operations (routes, schedules, and assignments for \+10 technicians). * Lead weekly reviews of the current project portfolio. * Monitor daily incidents. * Align priorities weekly with the sales team. **Required Competencies** * Autonomous and agile decision-making * Effective communication * Organized, with strong critical thinking and task-prioritization skills * Empathy when interacting with people in diverse situations, and ability to work collaboratively in a team * Ability to remain calm under stress and pressure * Capacity to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing company with a dynamic and collaborative environment * Permanent contract * 22 vacation days per year If you are interested in this position, please apply without hesitation.
