The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, with a clear focus on profitability and direct financial impact on client results (ROI/ROAS). We seek someone autonomous, strategically minded, and experienced in managing significant budgets. **Key Responsibilities** * **Performance Strategy and Activation:** Lead, define, and activate customer acquisition strategies across SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yandex, Baidu) and Paid Social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Design campaign structures and advanced goal configurations aligned with ROI. * **Budget Management, Optimization, and Coordination:** Manage high-investment client budgets, maximizing efficiency and profitability. Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, segment audiences, and implement advanced bidding strategies. * **Data Analysis and Strategic Reporting:** Analyze key metrics in tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to extract actionable insights. Prepare performance reports, presenting data-driven strategic recommendations. * **Continuous Experimentation:** Plan and execute A/B tests and ongoing experiments across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance and scale results. * **Full-Funnel Vision and Technical Integration:** Collaborate with design, funnel, and automation/CRM teams. Ensure **flawless technical implementation of tracking** (GA4, GTM, Data Layers, conversion APIs such as Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) and consistency across the entire conversion funnel. * **Client Relationship Management:** Maintain fluent, technically sound communication with clients. Justify decision-making, present results, and propose scaling plans—including English-language interaction for international campaigns. **Requirements** **MUST-HAVE:** * **Proven operational experience of +3 years** managing Performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. * **Advanced technical proficiency** in Google Ads and Meta Ads. * **Experience within the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) ecosystem:** Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, and GA4\. * **High-level English proficiency** * Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics to make **data-driven decisions**. * Ability to understand complex commercial processes and the technical architecture of sales funnels. **NICE-TO-HAVE (Desirable):** * Experience with other channels such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, or Native Advertising. * Knowledge of GTM Server-Side or basic SQL queries (BigQuery). * Prior experience in a digital agency. **What You’ll Gain** * Join a high-performing team. * Opportunity to work with top-tier clients and manage **significant budgets**. * Continuous training and access to the latest platform certifications. * Hybrid or in-office working model at our Madrid or Oviedo offices. * Competitive salary range commensurate with your experience and value.
