**Accountant** ----------------------- ### **Job Description** We are seeking an **Accountant** to join a fast food franchise. This position is critical for the accurate recording and control of the company's financial information, providing daily support to the Accounting Department and reporting to the Accounting Manager. ### **Responsibilities:** * **General Accounting:** Performing daily accounting entries, ensuring their accurate posting in the general ledger. Managing and updating fixed asset accounting, including acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation. * **Billing and Accounts Payable:** Recording and verifying supplier and creditor invoices, confirming accuracy and correct classification. Issuing customer invoices and recording receipts and payments, ensuring all transactions are timely reflected. * **Reconciliations and Accounting Controls:** Conducting periodic account and transaction reconciliations, identifying and correcting potential discrepancies or errors in the records. * **Administrative Support to the Department:** Organizing and archiving accounting and financial documentation, as well as supporting other day-to-day administrative tasks within the Accounting team. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Education preferably in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration. * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting functions (with full knowledge of the accounting cycle) and in accounting review and analysis. * Solid knowledge of accounting and tax principles. * Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Delsol, SAP, Oracle) and Excel. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail. * Intermediate-to-advanced English level is valued.
