Parking Agent

Description

We are seeking parking agents whose main responsibilities include customer service at the parking lot, parking customers' vehicles, and driving company vans to transport customers to terminals. Responsibilities: Facility monitoring, basic cleaning, collection of parking fees, resolution of incidents, and transporting customers to terminals using company vans. Functions: * Inspection of facilities. * Personalized orientation and customer service for parking lot users. * Parking lot monitoring and service. * Minor maintenance interventions. * Cleaning tasks: collecting cigarette butts and paper waste, emptying trash bins, spot-cleaning oil stains using sepiolite or other synthetic sawdust, cleaning vending machines, barriers, and ATMs, as well as cleaning and organizing the control room and restrooms. Requirements: * Good office software skills. * Experience operating cash registers and using POS systems. * Autonomous individual with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. * Own vehicle is desirable. * Full availability for immediate hiring. * Minimum six months’ prior experience in a similar role (e.g., customer service, access control, auxiliary services). * Disability certificate of 33% or higher, or incapacity certificate, is desirable. Offered: * Location: Services will be provided across various parking lots at Madrid Airport. * Working hours: Part-time or full-time. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with days off assigned according to rotating shift schedules. Working hours will primarily follow continuous shifts, with various options: 4:00, 6:00, 8:00, or afternoons at 14:00, 16:00, 18:00. Weekends are worked, and at least one weekend per month is scheduled as time off. Flexibility to work varied shifts based on client needs. * Salary: As per collective agreement, approximately €1,400–€1,600 per month. * Contract type: Temporary replacement for vacations or increased production. * Start date: Immediate. Position type: Part-time or full-time, indefinite-term contract. Expected weekly hours: 20–40, depending on contract terms.
