We are currently expanding our team and seeking to hire a Night Receptionist to ensure professional and courteous service to our guests, contributing to a memorable experience during their stay. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist guests, managing check-in, check-out, and reservations. * Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and activities. * Resolve guest issues, complaints, or requests. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper guest service. * Manage phone calls, emails, and online requests. * Complete daily departmental logs and reports. * Apply the hotel’s quality, safety, and data protection standards. **Requirements:** --------------- **Professional Competencies:** * Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service within hotels or tourist accommodations. * Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) and basic office software. * Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish. * Strong oral and written communication skills in English; German is a plus. * Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Attention to detail and commitment to service quality. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a stable and growing hotel chain. * A positive work environment. * Professional training and development. * **We do not provide accommodation.**
