Job Summary: We are seeking a young Maitre to lead and plan the activities of their area, ensuring a high-quality, professional, and efficient service to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Catalonia Hotels \& Resorts is a multinational hotel chain. It is one of the leading hotel chains in our country, currently operating 75 establishments across more than 20 different destinations, and is actively expanding. CATALONIA HOTELS \& RESORTS is looking for a young candidate to join the team of the MIRADOR DES PORT hotel located in Mahón (Menorca) as a MAITRE. The main responsibilities include: * Leading, planning, and executing all activities within their area. * Responsible for delivering a high-quality, professional, and efficient service to customers. * Knowledgeable about and able to advise on the various food and wine menu items. * In charge of greeting guests, escorting them, and assigning tables. * Collecting customer satisfaction feedback during service. * Supervising the setup and restocking of meeting rooms or other event spaces. * Maintaining restaurant/bar areas in perfect condition. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a waiter in events and à la carte service. * Advanced English \+ Other languages are an asset. * Outgoing personality, passion for customer service, and strong presence. Dynamic and organized individual. * Customer orientation and positive attitude. * Leadership ability and teamwork skills. * Hospitality-related education. * Willingness to reside on the island of Menorca.
