**Do you want to be part of a business project with a unique customer service model?** If you are passionate about residential tourism and working in an international environment, this is your project. **What will we value?** * Education in Tourism, Hospitality, Advertising and Public Relations, Translation and Interpretation, or similar degrees. * Fluent level of English (knowledge of another language will be a plus). * Previous experience in customer-facing roles, working in departments or positions related to customer service. * Communication skills and teamwork abilities. * Administrative management and proficiency with the Office suite. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Be responsible for providing comprehensive 360-degree client management for TM clients. * Conduct quality control checks on properties and common areas. * Coordinate with external and internal providers to prepare properties for client handover. * Advise and resolve inquiries from our clients. * Manage and process required documentation for each procedure. * Supervise vacation activities (Mar Holidays) within the residential complex in collaboration with the central reservation team, managing bookings, check\-ins, and check\-outs to ensure an impeccable experience. **What do we offer you?** * The opportunity to be part of a project in the residential tourism sector. * Work in an international environment where you'll interact with people from different nationalities. * Base salary \+ variable compensation and a flexible compensation plan. **What do we expect from you?** Commitment and a strong desire to keep learning and developing professionally within an established company.
