Description

The position involves joining the production team and performing essential tasks within a manufacturing line. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring specific machinery for packaging processes, ensuring products are properly sealed and closed according to established standards. Labeling tasks are also carried out, verifying that each item displays the required accurate information, as well as packing duties, organizing finished products for subsequent storage or distribution. A key function is quality control, involving visual inspections or basic equipment checks to ensure items meet quality specifications before proceeding to the next stage. The operator is also responsible for line replenishment, supplying raw materials or components necessary to maintain smooth production flow and avoid unnecessary stoppages. Additionally, machine operation is monitored, with minor adjustments performed and any anomalies reported to the relevant supervisor to prevent major failures. This role requires constant attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment. Integration into a collaborative team is essential, as workflow depends on coordination among different stations and operators. Adaptability to varying production paces—subject to demand—is another important aspect of daily work. The company offers an initial temporary employment contract, lasting either fortnightly or monthly, with possible renewal based on production needs and employee performance. A minimum of six months' verifiable experience as a production operator in an industrial production environment is required, preferably within the food industry. It is mandatory to have personal transportation—such as a car, motorcycle, or electric scooter—to facilitate commuting to the workplace located in the town. Candidates must have absolute availability to adapt to rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours, as scheduled.
