The main responsibilities are as follows: * Ensure quality compliance with established timelines and procedures. * Lead the handling of non-conformities. * Lead cross-functional project progress meetings. * Use quality management tools and resources to ensure quality assurance. * Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Continuous professional development. * Competitive salary. * Participatory, inclusive, and dynamic work environment. We love working as a team! * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. \#LI\-LV1 **Requirements:** --------------- Below are the minimum requirements necessary to perform this role: * Engineering degree or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in this position and/or in the described responsibilities. * Knowledge of quality tools, audits, KPIs, and non-conformity handling. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Automotive and/or engine assembly experience is desirable. * Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills. * Valid driver’s license. * High level of English \- minimum B2. * French language skills are desirable.
