Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator for the manufacturing of rubber products, performing tasks such as preparation, baking, loading/unloading, and visual quality control. Key Points: 1. Collaboration on the production line and quality control We need a Production Operator for a major company located in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, specializing in the manufacturing of rubber products. Main responsibilities include preparing parts for the baking process, performing stripping and hanging/unchanging operations. The role also involves loading and unloading industrial washing machines, as well as chlorination of parts. Collaboration is required in filter-passing operations along the production line and conducting visual inspections to ensure quality, including cutting parts as necessary. This position offers rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) from Monday to Friday. Employment will be arranged through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), covering a medical leave replacement. Remuneration will be €12.04 gross per hour worked. * Experience in industrial or production environments. * Responsible, observant, and rigorous person. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Own vehicle and immediate availability.
