Develop organizational and problem-solving skills in a team environment Responsible for coordinating Programs, taking leadership and assuming responsibility for ensuring that assigned programs run smoothly and are planned in a timely and consistent manner, serving as the main contact person for program participants. **Tasks:** * Assist with planning, delivery and post\-delivery program follow\-up. * Work with the academic director and program director to create the agenda. * Coordinate and organize all program logistics. * Monitor program budget, expenditure, billing, receipts and forecasts. * Resolve participants’ issues and respond to inquiries from leads, participants, faculty and visitors over the phone and in person. **Education and Experience** * University degree or equivalent preferred, plus experience in an office environment. * Strong computer skills.
