From design to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising clients with our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. We are seeking a **BIM Design Technician**, who—integrated into the Technical Office team—will be responsible for producing all necessary drawings for the manufacturing and assembly of contracted projects, as well as preparing drawings required for project presentations. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Among other duties, the following are key: * Design drawing preparation and structural modeling using Tekla Structures, and fabrication drawing preparation: this includes reinforcement detailing and rebar cutting lists. * Preparation of fit-up drawings or draft layouts: produced for highly complex, large-scale projects to provide the client with an overall view of the project. * Fabrication sketches: prepared for unusual components upon request from the factory. * Crane and assembly drawings: prepared upon request from the Assembly Department. * Technical advice to manufacturing and sales teams on technical matters. \#LI\-OM1 We are looking for a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Building Projects; technical training in Building and Civil Engineering. * Meticulous and detail-oriented, capable of sustaining attention over extended periods, highly focused, possessing strong spatial awareness and technical drawing skills. * Spanish language proficiency.
