




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Labor and Administration Department, performing tasks related to selection, report preparation, platform management, and expense and training administration. Handling of prevention platforms and construction site documentation We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Labor and Administration Department. The main responsibilities of this position include providing support to technical staff by carrying out the following functions: \- Management of selection and recruitment processes: analyzing staffing needs, posting job offers, and conducting initial screening of received candidate profiles. \- Preparation of employee reports for payroll processing in coordination with our external consulting firm. \- Handling of prevention platforms, as well as other construction site documentation. \- Allocation of expenses to work orders and projects. \- Employee expense control. \- Management of employee training, medical examinations, personal protective equipment, travel, and accommodations, among others. Knowledge of accounting and/or taxation is considered a plus.
