What we require: **Education** A qualification from one of the following is mandatory: * Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training (FP) in construction-related fields: Building and Civil Engineering. * University Degree in Technical Architecture. * University Degree in Architecture. * University Degree in Civil Engineering. **Experience and Skills** * Prior experience in the described responsibilities is desirable. * Proficiency in MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD. **Other Requirements** Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Willingness and ability to travel and commute within the region (Castilla y León). If your profile matches what we are looking for, we can offer you: 40 h/week Gross annual remuneration to €29,678 to €45,054 Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Planning the timing and execution of construction works. * Placing material orders. * Managing occupational health and safety documentation. * Verifying technical quality of works and certifying completed tasks.
