The warehouse operator will organize the receipt of Finished Products at the Warehouse, their maintenance, and subsequent distribution of all productions from the Laguna de Duero Plant, in accordance with the functional registration procedures specified by the Planning Department, to ensure control over inventory systems. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive, register, and label all products manufactured at the Laguna de Duero Plant, as well as purchases from affiliated and non-affiliated companies, following PPG’s registration procedures and the Planning Manager’s directives, to maintain appropriate stock control aligned with productivity requirements. * Monitor and record customer returns of Company products, as well as returns of intermediate products—whether manufactured or purchased. * Supervise loading orders and preparation of shipments of finished products, according to instructions issued by Sales Correspondents, verifying order accuracy and correct transfer to loading docks. * Perform reconciliations between the Finished Product Warehouse inventory control system and the financial system to verify data integrity and consistency. * Analyze Finished Product Warehouse utilization statistics—including occupancy rates, average dwell time, product expiration dates, and turnover rates—to implement measures aimed at optimal resource management. **Requirements** * Proficiency in computer systems, especially Microsoft Office * Forklift operator license * 2 years of experience **About us:** **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD**® Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
