Who are we looking for? Reale Seguros is seeking an Operations Technician profile for ingood, part of the Reale Seguros Group, to work at our Príncipe de Vergara offices. The main requirements we seek are: Bachelor’s degree and/or University Degree, with at least **3 years of experience performing operations, process management, and digital transformation functions** in the **insurance sector** (insurance company, insurtech, or consultancy). Solid knowledge of insurance business processes and operations: **underwriting**, **policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, claims, and collections.** Experience collaborating with technology teams, fulfilling roles such as **Product Owner, Business Analyst, and/or digital transformation projects.** Experience in **operational management of complex processes**, **B2B2C models**, embedded insurance, or environments involving **partners and external integrations** will be valued. Also valued is experience using and maintaining **operational and business dashboards** (Power BI or other BI tools). English proficiency at B2 level or higher will be considered; Italian will also be taken into account. Holding a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 33% will be considered an advantage. What will you do? The selected candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager of ingood and will play a key role in daily business operational management, supporting model scalability, and executing process improvement and automation initiatives. Some of the more specific responsibilities include: Supporting the Operations Manager in planning and executing operational improvement plans for the area. Participating in digital transformation projects by collaborating in defining functional requirements. Managing the backlog, defining requirements, validating deliverables, and acting as the liaison between Business and IT. Analyzing, documenting, and optimizing internal processes to ensure their correct execution and scalability. Managing business operations: partner onboarding and activation, definition and operational integrations. Administering subscriptions (issuance, endorsements, renewals), collections, and refunds. Coordinating claims: support, internal and external coordination, closure, provider integration, and fraud analysis. Managing IT and business incidents in collaboration with the relevant departments.
