You will serve as the establishment's first point of contact, responsible for greeting and escorting customers, managing reservations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they arrive. Main Responsibilities: * Greeting and welcoming customers. * Managing reservations and table allocation. * Coordinating with dining room and kitchen staff to optimize service. * Handling telephone inquiries and resolving incidents. * Escorting customers to their tables. * Supervising the order and appearance of the entrance and reception area. * Customer loyalty and personalized attention to regular patrons. Requirements: * Prior experience as a hostess, receptionist, or in customer service within the hospitality industry. * Outstanding presence and communication skills. * Advanced level of English; additional languages are a plus. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. * Proactive, friendly, and solution-oriented attitude. * Flexible availability. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in gourmet or high-volume restaurants. * Proficiency with reservation management software. * Familiarity with the hospitality sector in Seville.
