Join our team! **What will your responsibilities be?** * Support in preparing and reviewing monthly payroll under team supervision. * Assist in managing employee registrations, terminations, and changes with Social Security. * Support in calculating and reviewing payroll-related taxes (e.g., IRPF, withholding taxes). * Assist in formalizing and monitoring employment contracts, extensions, and labor addenda. * Collaborate in filing Social Security contributions (SILTRA, RLC/RNT). * Participate in conducting studies and simulations (e.g., salary costs, contributions, pensions). * Support the team on international mobility matters, learning about the application of bilateral agreements. * Collaborate in interpreting and applying labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements, guided by senior team members. **What do we offer?** * Immediate incorporation. * Morning or full-time schedule compatible with your studies. * Integration into a leading professional services firm. * Practical training and continuous learning, supported consistently by the team. * Involvement in real projects and progressive client interaction. * Excellent working environment, with continuous *feedback* and a strong learning culture. * Real opportunities for professional development at RSM Spain.
