We need to hire an Administrative Assistant whose mission will be to provide support in administrative tasks within the finance and accounting department, resolve incidents with customers or suppliers (collections and payments management), perform bank reconciliation, and carry out other administrative and accounting tasks. **Requirements**: \- Intermediate or higher education in Business Administration or related fields. \- Minimum verifiable work experience of 1–2 years performing the above functions. \- Advanced proficiency in office applications, especially Excel and Outlook. \- Required competencies: · Organization and planning · Incident resolution · Working under pressure · Attention to detail · Teamwork · Oral and written communication skills. **We Offer:** \- Permanent full-time contract. \- Working hours: 07:00–15:00 (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday, with possible flexibility. \- Competitive remuneration according to market standards and candidate’s experience; details will be communicated during the selection process.
