We are seeking a **Project Manager\-Site Manager (PCI Installations)** whose mission will be to manage PCI installation projects from start to finish, ensuring **quality, safety, timelines, and customer satisfaction**. **\+ Key Responsibilities:** **\* Project Planning and Management:** * Define project scope, objectives, schedule, and budget. * Develop and implement the project work plan. * Manage human, material, and financial resources for the project. * Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments. **\* Design and Calculation:** * Perform design and calculation of PCI installations in accordance with applicable regulations. * Prepare technical documentation for the project. **\* Financial and Time Management:** * Control project costs and ensure adherence to the budget. * Manage project timelines and meet established deadlines. **\* Quality Management:** * Implement and maintain a quality management system for the project. * Ensure the quality of PCI installations. **\* Customer Relations:** * Maintain smooth communication with customers to update them on project progress. * Address customer inquiries and complaints. **\* Project Certifications and Cost Control:** * Issue monthly construction certifications. * Control project costs and ensure adherence to the budget. **\* Team Management:** * Manage and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors involved in the project. * Motivate and lead the team. **\* Project Completion Documentation:** * Prepare final project completion documentation. * Occupational Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with the site’s Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) plan. **\+ Requirements:** * Technical Engineering degree (or equivalent). * Experience in PCI installation projects (minimum 2 years). * Knowledge of PCI regulations is desirable: RIPCI, RSCIEI, DB/SI, NFPA, FM Global. * Project management, leadership, and teamwork capabilities. * English B2 level.
