In coordination with the department head and project prioritization, they allocate resources to enhancements and planned projects. They are responsible for analyzing and understanding user requirements for assigned enhancements and negotiating with various departments to meet objectives. They must ensure adherence to deadlines and compliance with the established methodology. They are accountable for assigned enhancements and for tracking and coordinating development team involvement in projects, allocating necessary resources. Definition (in coordination with the Development Lead) and enforcement of the development methodology and best practices. ##### **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Analyzing and understanding user requirements for assigned enhancements * Ensuring adherence to deadlines * Accountability for assigned enhancements * Definition (in coordination with the Development Lead) and enforcement of the development methodology and best practices. ##### **Does this description fit you?** * Azure, Power Platform, GitHub, and database analysis and design (SQL Server, MySQL) technologies. * Experience in defining software development methodologies and best practices. * Ability to analyze and design project architectures. * Full lifecycle development management, coordinating internal and external developers. * Ability to align on priorities and product roadmaps, promoting data-driven solutions, emerging technologies, and user experience. * Providing vision and direction to the project team and stakeholders throughout the project, defining the product. * Facilitating and promoting both internal communication within technical teams and communication with other stakeholders, improving transparency, encouraging information sharing, and managing expectations.
