Description
We are seeking personnel to work at a company specializing in wooden furniture manufacturing, located in Chiva. The main responsibility involves participating in the final production phase, performing assembly and packaging tasks. Work takes place in an industrial environment where order and cleanliness are essential for smooth operations. Tasks include manual and semi-automatic assembly of furniture components, following specified technical instructions. Subsequently, components are adjusted and assembled, with quality checks conducted to ensure compliance with expected standards. Once assembly is complete, packaging and order preparation follow, ensuring products are adequately protected for shipment. The work environment supports continuous learning and professional growth within the production area. A responsible and proactive attitude is valued for successful team integration. Working hours are fixed in the morning shift, from 8:00 to 17:45, and flexibility to cover occasional needs is appreciated. The contract is temporary and renewable, with potential for long-term stability, including willingness to work overtime when required. At least one year of prior experience in assembly positions is required, either in the furniture sector or other industrial fields. A strong willingness to learn, collaborate in a team, and develop professionally is essential. Proactivity, responsibility, and the ability to maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace are highly valued.
