Responsibilities: * Registration, deregistration, and modifications in the Social Security system. * Payroll preparation and social security contributions. * Preparation and management of employment contracts. * Management of dismissals, final settlements (finiquitos), and contract terminations. * Management of Personal Income Tax (IRPF) and related obligations. * Communication with official bodies via the RED System. * Management and follow-up of temporary disability (IT) cases. * Mediation proceedings (SMAC). * Benefits and subsidies. * Management of Temporary Employment Regulation Files (ERTES). * Advisory services to companies; strong communication and writing skills; active listening when interacting with clients; and commitment to continuous training.
