Specifically, you’ll manage commercial planning, stock handling, sales, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures, and product visual impact. You’ll also assign daily tasks to Retail Assistants, develop their skills, and maintain their motivation and commitment. When needed, you’ll support the checkout area, ensuring all our customers enjoy an excellent experience. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to work and develop people’s talent. We’ll provide you with a tailored development programme and all the support you need to grow at Primark. **How would we like you to be?** This role is about leading teams, so, in addition to excellent customer service skills, you’ll be a leader capable of building professional relationships with your colleagues. You don’t need prior retail experience to join us, but we expect you to drive our sales and customer service by supporting your team. Therefore, strong communication skills and sharp commercial awareness are essential. As a rapidly expanding company, our needs span the entire country, and we aim for our teams to gain exposure across multiple business units to enhance their professional progression—so national geographical flexibility is a mandatory requirement.
