We are seeking a Topside Structure Lead to coordinate engineering construction activities with external manufacturers, ensuring the proper progress of the overall project schedule and compliance with technical and contractual standards. **Responsibilities:** * Coordination of engineering activities with External Manufacturers and supervision of their progress. * Interface with Design and Construction Engineering teams to ensure project alignment. * Management of engineering subcontracts and support on technical contractual matters (Meyer, Cimolai…). * Control, supervision and follow-up of engineering matters associated with external manufacturers. * Participation in meetings, drafting of technical letters and project-related travel. * Management and monitoring of engineering teams linked to external manufacturers. * Ensure that technical reviews are carried out completely and within established deadlines. * Promote efficient and cost-effective design solutions, maintaining quality, constructability and operability. * Resolve interface issues and coordinate design changes or variations. * Control and streamline communication between Design and Construction Engineering. * Participate in the preparation of RFQs and related new subcontracts. * Supervise the acceptance or rejection of DCRs and ensure closure of outstanding technical issues. **Requirements:** * Experience in construction engineering coordination and management of external manufacturers. * Solid knowledge of engineering processes and regulations. * Ability to manage interfaces between design, construction and fabrication. * Fluent English, both spoken and written. * Availability for meetings and project-related travel. **Location:** Algeciras, Cádiz
