At **Senator Hotels & Resorts**, a hotel chain with over 50 years of experience, we are looking for a **Maintenance Manager** for our establishment, **Casa del Compositor Hotel**, located in **Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz)**. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?** * Plan and supervise the hotel’s preventive and corrective maintenance. * Conduct equipment and facility inspections to ensure their safe and efficient operation. * Record interventions, repairs, and consumptions, keeping the department’s technical records up to date. * Monitor utilities (water, electricity, gas) and propose improvements to optimize performance. * Manage tools, materials, and spare parts required for departmental tasks. * Respond to and follow up on technical incidents, ensuring their resolution. * Coordinate and support the maintenance team, overseeing their training and safety. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, established safety measures. * Represent and uphold the brand image and values in all activities. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training in technical fields (electricity, HVAC, automation, etc.). * Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical maintenance within hotels or similar environments. * English proficiency at B1 level is desirable. **What do we offer you?** * Full-time position. * Permanent contract. * Opportunity to join an established hotel chain. * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. * **Exclusive benefits**, including discounts at our establishments, health insurance partnerships, banking agreements, and much more!
