**JOB DESCRIPTION** GS24 is hiring a Services Inspector to coordinate, supervise, and provide operational support for various security services across the province of Cádiz. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring teams, managing incidents, and ensuring proper implementation of internal procedures, thereby guaranteeing an effective, professional, and customer-oriented service. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervision of operational staff across assigned security services. * Verification of compliance with security protocols and internal procedures. * Coordination and management of operational incidents. * Monitoring of patrol zones, schedules, and service coverage. * Clear and consistent communication with the company, clients, and operational staff. * Support in staff training, onboarding, and ongoing performance monitoring. * Preparation of reports, service logs, and related documentation. * Collaboration with external agencies when required. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Valid Spanish Private Security Manager’s License (TIP), Director’s License, or equivalent. * Prior experience as a Services Inspector or in operational coordination. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and capacity to resolve incidents. * Excellent communication skills and professional conduct with both clients and staff. * Proficiency in basic computer tools and management software. * Availability and flexibility to meet operational needs. * Valid Spanish Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within the province. **WE OFFER:** * Immediate hiring. **About This Opportunity** We are seeking a dynamic, proactive and strategic **Head of Solutions \& Portfolio for EMEA Cloud Software and Services (CSS) SL Network Management (NM)** to lead, plan and manage products / solutions, drive competence builds up, ensure business and capacity planning for both new and existing offering, across the Network Management domain in EMEA This senior leadership role is responsible for **market development, solution portfolio ownership, and key client engagement**, with the goal of driving revenue, expanding market share, ensuring monetization of existing and new portfolio, introduce new offering, and shaping the future of our offerings.
