Special focus on improving your language skills. **Your typical day will sound like this…** * Plan, execute, and fulfill maintenance services according to the conditions specified in the maintenance plan. * Maintain proper condition of equipment, materials, systems, and installations by carrying out activities and services outlined in the maintenance plan, ensuring compliance and coordination of preventive, predictive, scheduled inspections, and legal maintenance. * Keep maintenance records. * Conduct facility inspections to identify and resolve issues. * Follow guidelines established by hotel management in carrying out corrective actions and incident management. * Supervise personnel under your responsibility in resolving incidents and act when necessary, as well as manage available human resources by setting shifts, vacations, leaves, and reassignments. * Monitor expenses and control the maintenance budget. * Supervise spare parts inventory and replacement equipment, placing orders when necessary. * Monitor and manage energy consumption according to directives from the Energy Department. * Comply with and enforce the organization's quality, safety, and health regulations. * Evaluate and collaborate in the training and development of team members according to the methodology established by Human Resources Management, as well as participate in measures defined for their development. * Maintain and ensure respectful, orderly, and clean conduct across all areas of the facility. * Perform any other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor related to your position. * Monitor segregation of urban-like waste. * Monitor segregation of hazardous waste in accordance with current regulations. * Comply with operational control regulations established by the organization. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this role if…** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Technical or Higher). Vocational Training I/II and/or Medium/Higher Level Vocational Training cycles in Electricity and Electronics, Installation and Maintenance, and/or Energy and Water. Maintenance Management Certificate (CMMI) is desirable. Training in DDD. Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience as a Maintenance Manager in the hotel industry, commercial and/or residential buildings. English: Level B1\. Proficiency in additional languages is desirable. Proficiency in computerized management and office applications. Maintenance Management Software. Mobility Driver's license and own vehicle required. **Additional Information:** Knowledge of current regulations and their application in hotels, including REBT, RITE, Legionella, PRL, Gas.
