The application deadline is **January 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM.** **APPLICATION SUBMISSION** To participate in the selection process, candidates must upload the following supporting documents to their candidate profile: * Curriculum Vitae * Employment History Record (or official negative employment record / negative affiliation report) * Academic degrees * Certification of training relevant to the position **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------------------ * Implement and promote initiatives defined in the Naval Systems Center of Excellence’s strategic plan within the Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence. * Methodological design: develop and foster the use and implementation of development, testing, and integration methodologies specific to the scope of activity. * Drive the integration of artificial intelligence technologies into NAVANTIA’s products by leveraging the collaborative and open innovation space accessible to other companies, technology centers, and universities affiliated with the center. * Manage the center’s technical and human resources to support initiatives, collaborations, R&D&i projects, ongoing and future national and international (including European) programs. * Develop, implement, and coordinate activities identified by the AI Center of Excellence across various workstreams, including Big Data, Data Analytics, Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, etc. * Analyze products and markets; formulate national and international AI strategies; manage R&D&i efforts; coordinate university and industry collaborations. * Drive technological evolution of products. * Contribute to monitoring infrastructure investments across the center’s functional areas. * Lead dialogue and collaboration with universities, companies, and other technology centers, aligned with Navantia Sistemas’ defined strategy. * Support and foster dialogue and collaboration with universities, companies, and other technology centers, aligned with Navantia Sistemas’ defined strategy. * Contribute to internal and external research initiatives, developments, and prototyping activities involving multidisciplinary teams from different companies and/or universities. * Participate in communication and dissemination of the center’s technological activities at national and international forums. * Contribute to tracking the center’s objectives via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), rapidly and concisely identify and propose solutions to problems, and manage and drive improvements toward objective achievement. * Evaluate, analyze, and propose improvements to center procedures, services, and/or infrastructure. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any specialization). * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. **Training courses to be considered during Phase 1 (Merit Assessment) related to the position:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Artificial Intelligence. **EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS** Entry level: Minimum D2 Contract type: Permanent In case any candidate experiences issues with the platform, they must send an email to **rrhh\_portal@navantia.es**, specifying the problem encountered.
