Plan, organize and conduct the Life Cycle Planning Conference (LCPC) and CSMP/Departure from Specification (DFS) Mid\\-Cycle Review Conference, Closeout meeting and other meetings as needed.\n* Generate a BAWP Tracker containing all MTR status: document and report risk to MTR completion. Organize and execute milestone stakeholder meetings and participate in applicable Maintenance Team meetings.\n* Conduct Work Item Review to ensure MTRs are aligned for execution in accordance with technical guidance. Conduct Request Contract Change (RCC) review to trigger analysis. **Position Objective** Support the development of the strategy and action lines of the Programs Department through the management of intervention projects, aiming to enhance the autonomy, dignity, and well-being of program beneficiaries, under the supervision of the Territorial Area Manager. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide individual and/or group support to users within the framework of quality systems and area strategy. * Offer information about SAPIT, as well as guidance regarding possible alternatives based on the individual's situation. * Accurately assess whether individuals meet the requirements for participation in SAPIT and determine the most suitable resource for referral. * Design and support social and socio-labor intervention pathways together with participating individuals. * Identify and diagnose potential vulnerability situations among migrant individuals and special reception needs. * Prepare all necessary reports related to pathway implementation within their competencies: follow-up reports, admission reports, proposals for extension of stay at reception centers, transfers, mandatory/precautionary discharge, referrals to second phase or external entities, economic assistance management reports, etc. * Carry out referral actions to external services of the Organization. * Manage and organize transfers of program beneficiaries when necessary. * Conduct accompaniments and home visits with program participants. * Perform necessary procedures for prevention and/or treatment in healthcare, registration, school enrollment for minors, and access to socio-educational resources. * Directly provide language training to program beneficiaries when required. * Continuously evaluate language acquisition progress (design/administer level tests, review content from contracted providers, organize groups, schedules, attendance sheets, logistical organization of spaces, etc.) when required. * Support housing search as a pillar of social inclusion, as well as monitor housing status of users. * Design and implement pre-training and training activities, materials, and methodologies that improve employability of participants when required. * Assist the manager in organizing, validating, justifying, and applying quality systems and ongoing evaluation of professional and research practices aimed at reorienting practice and continuous improvement of intervention models. * Prepare reports, statistical data, and technical justifications for area programs. * Facilitate conflict prevention and resolution and intercultural mediation. * Assess, manage, monitor, and justify economic assistance when applicable. * Accompany and support volunteers dedicated to various Program services. * Maintain contact with providers and supervise contracted services when necessary. * Record data in the SIRIA database, CEARNET organizational databases, and any other databases dependent on Program management. Education/Knowledge * University degree particularly related to the social field (Pedagogy, Social Work, Linguistics, Philology, Education, Labor Sciences, Teaching, Sociology, Law or similar), or vocational training qualification related to social sciences, complemented by a minimum of 3 years of professional experience (verifiable) in employment services and language learning.
