Our commitment to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement drives us to strengthen our systems, and for this reason, we are opening a selection process to incorporate a Technician in the Quality and Integrated Management Systems Department at our central headquarters in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz). \- Main responsibilities: * Proactively participate in, maintain, and improve the Integrated Quality Management System according to ISO standards and regulatory requirements of the healthcare sector. * Develop, review, and update procedures, quality protocols, and indicators. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements across all services provided. * Promote continuous process improvement in collaboration with different departments. * Train and raise awareness among company staff regarding quality and ISO management. * Collaborate with other departments in implementing improvement projects and regulatory compliance. * Establish compliance metrics for all employees regarding protocols, processes, and procedures inherent to each job position. * Coordinate internal training programs; knowledge and experience managing Fundae. * Prepare performance reports and monitor key indicators. * Prepare and coordinate internal and external audits. * Review and ensure quality compliance by external parties such as suppliers and collaborators. * Occupational health and safety. * Support in public tender department. * Analyze non-conformities, incidents, and complaints, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in document management related to contingency plans, environment, and patient safety. \- Requirements: * University degree in Engineering, Health Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in quality management roles. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 (knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, and ISO 18295 is desirable). * Advanced proficiency in office tools and document management software. * Solid knowledge of internal audits, procedures, and technical documentation writing. * Pedagogical and communication skills for training and engaging multidisciplinary teams in continuous improvement. * Leadership ability, empathy, and capacity to motivate others. \- Valued skills: * Knowledge of environmental and social management, including healthcare waste management. * Ability to work in dynamic and high-pressure environments. * Knowledge of the Public Sector Contracts Law (LCSP) and experience managing public contracts. * Training in Occupational Health and Safety at intermediate or advanced level, specializing in Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and/or Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology. * Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools applied to business quality management, indicator analysis, and process improvement will be valued. \- We offer: * Joining a well-established company experiencing strong international growth. * Stable, full-time employment contract. * Innovative work environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement. * Dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative workplace. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Opportunities for career growth within the company. \- How to apply: If you meet the profile and wish to join a team committed to quality, safety, and innovation in healthcare, please send your updated CV and motivation letter to: rr.hh@semesur.com / rr.h2h@semesur.com Reference: Quality Technician ISO \& OHS 2025 Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract Education: * Diploma/Degree (Required) Experience: * Quality management positions : 2 years (Required) Work location: On-site
