Requirements a * Prior experience coordinating repairs, home insurance claims, facility maintenance, or similar technical services. * Previous experience in masonry, plumbing, and painting. * Team management experience. * Proficient use of office software and management systems. * Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneously. * Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments while maintaining composure and efficiency during periods of high workload. * Experience in the insurance sector, assistance companies, home repair services, or trade coordination is desirable. * Medium or higher vocational training as a Construction Technician, Building Technician, Civil Engineering Technician, Surveyor, or equivalent. * Valid driver's license.
