OPERATIONS MANAGER World Jump A growing company with multiple family entertainment centers and trampoline parks in the Community of Madrid. We seek a candidate with strong organizational, leadership, and management capabilities to coordinate multiple centers and support company growth. What will you do? * Supervise daily operations across multiple centers. * Support, train, and mentor center managers. * Ensure compliance with cleanliness, customer service, and safety standards. * Identify operational issues and propose solutions. * Coordinate openings, promotions, and commercial campaigns. * Conduct periodic visits to centers. * Analyze performance results and develop improvement plans. * Collaborate with HR and Marketing departments. What are we looking for? * Experience managing teams. * Leadership and organizational skills. * Willingness and ability to travel between centers. * A proactive, results-oriented individual. * Proficiency in computer tools and Excel. Preferred qualifications: * Experience working in companies with multiple locations. * Experience in hospitality, retail, leisure, food service, or franchising. * Experience managing center managers or supervisors.
