Graduates, Technical Engineers, or Technicians \- Expropriations (Madrid) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental fields, seeks to hire 2 Graduates, Technical Engineers, or Technicians to provide support for expropriations in the Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * For candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Engineering degree, the following functions will be performed: \- Identification of potential errors using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) in expropriation annex plans. \- Verification of review reports at various stages of the expropriation procedure. \- Database management for project control and tracking. * For candidates holding a Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS, the following functions will be performed: \- Support in preparing expropriation annexes: CAD (Computer-Aided Design) review. \- Support in maintaining and entering data into databases. \- Support in verifying that project review reports are produced. \- Reporting received claims to their supervisor. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documents certifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Technical Agricultural Engineering degree (MECES Level 2\) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering qualifying for the profession of Technical Agricultural Engineer (MECES Level 2\); or a Technical Forestry Engineering degree or a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry Engineering or a Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry Engineering and Natural Environment (MECES Level 2\) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities); or a Baccalaureate (BUP/COU), FP I or CFGM, FP II or CFGS (degree recognized in Spain), or extensive professional experience relevant to the position offered and/or related to the duties described herein for at least 12 months. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 6 months of professional experience in drafting, plan preparation, and/or technical project development for infrastructure, environmental, and/or architectural projects. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in AutoCAD (to be verified during technical assessment). **Merit Criteria (Assessable)** ------------------------ ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 3 years of professional experience in expropriation-related activities. * 1 to 3 years of professional experience in developing and drafting execution projects for infrastructure, environmental, and/or architectural projects. * 1 to 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure drafting. * 1 to 3 years of professional experience in linear infrastructure drafting (roads, highways, canals, railways, etc.). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 24 months, linked to the implementation of the assignment detailed in the publication under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours.
