We never stop challenging ourselves for the safety of society and its citizens. We breathe technology, strive for professional excellence, and leave a lasting mark. We take the future into our hands. We are TÜV SÜD.
**We are looking for:**
A recent graduate with motivation to help us build, enhance, and innovate the software powering our business. This is much more than a programming role: from day one, you will design new tools, automate manual processes, integrate systems, and shape solutions for real business problems—while also maintaining and evolving our existing applications. It’s an uncommon opportunity to begin your career with real responsibility and visible impact, learning from experienced colleagues as you grow.
**Main Responsibilities:** **With team support during onboarding:**
* Design and build new internal tools, automations, and integrations from scratch.
* Translate departmental needs into functional solutions—from concept to production.
* Propose and prototype functional and technical improvements to modernize how we work.
* Maintain and evolve existing applications, ensuring reliability and functionality.
* Investigate and resolve technical incidents.
* Coordinate with external vendors when required.
* Manage updates, patches, and deployments.
* Provide technical support to internal users and document system functionality.
**Requirements:**
* University degree in Computer Engineering or related field. (Higher Vocational Training in Software Development (DAM) or Web Application Development (DAW) will be considered favorably.)
* Recent graduates are highly welcome: no prior professional experience is required, though it will be valued if present.
* Residence in Tres Cantos or nearby.
* Advanced level of English.
* Most valued qualities: autonomy and genuine eagerness to learn, curiosity to try new things, strong communication skills with non-technical users, problem-solving orientation, and excellent organizational ability.
**Nice-to-have (optional—we’ll help you learn):**
* Any exposure to CMMS/GMAO systems or document management systems.
* Familiarity with Android / iOS mobile apps.
* Interest in application integration and automation creation.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and/or low-code tools.
**What we offer:**
* A stable position with a 40-hour workweek. A reduced schedule may be considered.
* A real and established project, combined with freedom to build new things and continuous learning.
* Genuine opportunities to grow and specialize as you discover your strengths.
* An excellent work environment and a hybrid working model.
* Salary band according to collective agreement.
* The opportunity to work for a multinational company with strong international projection.
