If you are proactive, organized, and highly detail-oriented, this is your opportunity to join a growing professional project! **About the position:** As a Payroll and Recruitment Technician, you will be a key member of our Human Resources department, playing a fundamental role both in comprehensive payroll management and in personnel selection processes. Your responsibilities will range from payroll calculation and administration to attracting and selecting the talent that will drive our future. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Payroll Management:** * Preparation and calculation of payroll, social security contributions, and IRPF tax withholdings. * Managing employee registrations, terminations, and contract modifications with Social Security. * Monitoring and tracking payroll-related incidents (absenteeism, vacations, etc.). * Advising staff on payroll and Social Security matters. * Maintaining an up-to-date employee database. * Preparing payroll-related reports and statistics. * **Personnel Selection:** * Publishing job openings on various portals. * Screening resumes and pre-selecting candidates. * Conducting personal interviews (telephone, in-person, online). * Coordinating interviews with department heads. * Tracking the recruitment process through to candidate onboarding. * Managing the candidate database. * Collaborating with requesting departments in defining professional profiles. * **HR Administration:** * Providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. * Maintaining employee files. * Assisting in developing training and development plans. * Managing documentation related to hiring and separation. **What we are looking for in you:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions, with a strong focus on payroll and complementary experience in personnel selection. * In-depth knowledge of current labor legislation and Social Security regulations. * Proficiency in payroll management software and HR management tools. * Experience using job portals and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * High level of organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Interpersonal skills for interacting effectively with candidates and employees. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. **Desirable:** * University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Knowledge of additional languages. * Experience in the hospitality sector. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to join an established and expanding company. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time schedule with an attractive working hours arrangement: * Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. * Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. * Competitive annual gross salary of **€26,000**. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
