We are seeking an Operations Manager for the Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha regions.
We seek a professional with strong work commitment who can lead teams and report directly to the Regional Director for Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha.
The candidate must be empathetic, possess excellent listening skills, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities when interacting with clients, employees, external company personnel, committees, etc.
No fixed working hours; broad and flexible schedule.
The candidate must have outstanding work capacity and be able to operate effectively under high-pressure conditions.
Company vehicle provided for job-related activities.
### **Responsibilities**
Supervise and control service quality across all assigned work centers.
Maintain client relationships, proactively anticipating their expectations and needs.
Address and resolve issues raised by staff and supervisors reporting to the candidate.
Manage and optimize technical, human, and material resources at assigned centers.
Lead existing work teams located at the centers.
Engage with and negotiate with committees.
Commercial budgeting.
All of the above in accordance with the Company’s internal quality and environmental regulations, as well as instructions from the Operations Manager/Regional Director.

### **Requirements**
Minimum education
University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent)
Intermediate English level (B1\-B2\)
Minimum experience
At least 4 years’ experience managing large teams (300\-400+ people), client service, committee negotiations, labor inspections, budget calculations, and supplier relations.
Required knowledge
Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced level
Excel – Advanced level
Outlook – Advanced level
